Josh: I’ve always been interested in the politics of relationships, courting, and One-That-Got-Aways; I’m a big fan of dramas where people who get on miss each other for some silly reason. Kind of like Sliding Doors (which I have never seen).

Izzy: I met some guy at a houseparty once, I'd been pushing to slip Sister Sledge 'thinking of you' in the playlist because when i'm steaming these days all I want to dance to is Disco. But I saw this guy on the other side of the room and he kinda stopped me in my tracks.

I remember the tune playing through the speakers, but It was like I couldn't move. He came over and it was like we'd proper known each other forever y'know? We danced for a bit but at some point I got pulled off by a mate who needed me. I remember leaving the house gesturing to him that 'i'd be back' imagining i'd return and find him standing in that same position again. But when I came back a couple of hours later the house was emptying and he had gone. I went to the garden to look for him but no-one was about and none of my mates even knew who he'd come with. I still think some day that he might still appear again in the corner of the room at a house party or something, so I always make sure Sister Sledge is playing.
